Meet Dr. Ethan Larson
Hello! A little bit about myself: I grew up in Washington state (the land of coffee and rain). After earning a B.A. in Biology from Covenant College, I attended the University of Alabama Dental School, where I received my doctorate degree in Dental Medicine (D.M.D). I stayed in Alabama for three more years and earned a master’s degree (M.S.) in Oral Biology and a Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics.
I have been practicing orthodontics in the PNW for the past 11 years where I had two office locations, incredible staff, and many wonderful patients.
My family and I recently relocated to Arizona and we are proud to now call this beautiful, sunny state home. My wife, Dolly, and I have been married for 20 years. Together, we have two daughters, two sons, two dogs…and also a thing for symmetry (LOL). As a family, we love to go to concerts, play cards, wake surf, snow ski, and cook together. I also have a passion for BBQ. In another life, I think I would run my own Texas-style BBQ restaurant. While we love our Washington/Seattle Sports teams, we are excited to cheer on the Cardinals, Diamondbacks, and Suns.
In addition to my full family life, I remain enthusiastic about my work as an orthodontist. In order to provide the best care for my patients, I strive to stay at the forefront of the latest research, treatment, and technologies.
I am passionate about pursuing my faith through outreach in my church and the local community. I will carry this commitment over into the culture of my office. My biggest goal is to impact not only my patient’s smiles but also their lives. I look forward to the honor of meeting you all.
Meet Dr. Luke Cain
Hello! I am Dr. Luke Cain, an orthodontist with over 23 years of experience. I earned my dental degree from the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry, and then went on to complete my residency and Master of Science in Orthodontics at the University of Oklahoma’s Department of Orthodontics. I’m proud to be board certified and hold Diplomate status with the American Board of Orthodontics. I’m also a Fellow and instructor in the esteemed Tweed Foundation Orthodontic Society, and I’m an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists.
Giving back to the community is something I’m passionate about, and I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with a number of local and national charities, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona, Phoenix Rescue Mission, and my local church.
Originally from Oklahoma, I’ve called Arizona home since 2001. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my wife, Amy, our two daughters, and our two Great Danes. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s playing golf or traveling, and I’m a huge sports fan. I also enjoy supporting local community events and schools, as I believe in the power of building strong, connected communities.

Dr. Larson treated my husband with Invisalign, and my four children with regular braces. We loved Dr. Larson for his kindness and friendliness, but above all, we appreciated him more because he is just an excellent doctor as an orthodontist. His knowledge, skills, perfectionism, professionalism is exceptional. Because of Dr. Larson’s treatment, my family have healthy and beautiful teeth. He did a wonderful job both with Invisalign and regular braces.I have to add the after care of his practice is also excellent. We have lost or broken our retainers multiple times, and they were prompt to make a new one so that we could resume using the retainer before the teeth start moving back.He truly cares for his patients and their well-being, and it shows in his work and the outcome. You will have a great experience with Dr. Larson and his staff as my whole family did.
